Badge pricing details, including what comes with a badge, the price increase schedule, and other important deadlines are available for your convenience! The information in this post is subject to change, but you can always find the most up-to-date information on our Badge page.

* Early Bird, Standard, and Late badges will have an additional 6% service fee and 6% sales tax. On-Site badge prices are sold inclusive of taxes and fees, so what you see is what you pay
MAILING DEADLINE & WHAT CAN BE MAILED
Badges purchased on or before February 7th (with the shipping option added) will be mailed, but your order will not be sent out immediately. You can expect your badges to arrive in late February or early March.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship badges internationally. This includes Canada and Mexico, or territories outside the domestic United States
- Badges are like cash and cannot be replaced, so don’t lose them!
If you would rather not have your badges shipped, you can also pick them up later…
- at a participating retail location, but you must purchase your badge online
- at the designated badge pickup event. Details will be posted on the Badge page later on
- at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. You’ll need to visit the Will Call kiosks at Registration
Note that Press, Professional, Programming/Panelist, Guest, Content Creator, and all other non-attendee badges are not eligible for off-site or early pickup.

- All other preordered 2025 merchandise must be picked up on-site at the Awesome Con Merch booth
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
- February 7, 2025 – Last day to purchase badges or official merch and have them mailed
- March 16, 2025 – Last day to purchase your badges at Standard pricing — buy your badges on or before this date to save!
- April 1, 2025 – Last day to pre-order official Awesome Con merch
- April 1, 2025 – Last day to purchase Club Awesome and Club Awesome Reserve

Awesome Con happily welcomes fans of all ages. Each Kids Jr. Badge is valid for children ages 3 – 10 years of age and includes admission to all three days of Awesome Con.

Active military personnel and veterans are eligible for 10% off their Awesome Con badge purchase with a valid military or veteran ID. To receive the code, please email us from your military email address or email us a photo of an ID indicating your military status. [Valid for Standard and Late Priced 3 Day, single day, and Kids Jr. badges only]
Email requests for discounts made after April 1, 2025, may not be fulfilled. Discounts, with your ID, may be requested on site.
