
Programming Application
Awesome Con is Washington, DC’s pop culture celebration, and it takes place March 13-15, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Are you passionate about comics, gaming, anime, movies, science fiction, fantasy, cosplay, and all things pop culture? Want to submit programming to be featured as part of one of our prestigious show features, like Pride Alley or Anime Yokocho? Do you love sharing your knowledge and passion with others? We’re looking for engaging, fun, interactive, original, and diverse programming for Awesome Con 2026 and would love to involve you!
DEADLINE: All applications must be submitted by January 12, 2026.
Applicants who apply by December 15, 2025, will receive priority consideration and be notified by January 15th, 2026, of their application status.
Applicants who apply by January 12, 2026, will be notified of their application status by January 22, 2026.
If you have already purchased a fan badge, such as a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or 3-day badge, and are then approved for as a panelist, your fan badge is non-refundable.
