Coming to meet a celebrity? Pre-order your autograph or photo op ticket! (If a ticket sells out online we cannot guarantee that the celebrity can accommodate any walkups).

Badge Information
Badges purchased prior to the January 16 mailing deadline may (1) be shipped for an additional shipping fee (2) be picked up from a select retail partner starting in late January (3) be picked up from Will Call at Awesome Con Registration.
Badges purchased on or after January 16 may (1) be picked up from a select retail partner (starting in late January) (2) be picked up from Will Call at Awesome Con Registration.
We do not ship badges Internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States. If you are an international fan or reside in a territory outside the domestic US, your badge will need to be picked up — see below for more badge pick up details.
All badge sales are final with no refunds or cancellations available.
The QR code is not sufficient for entry; a physical badge is required. If you opted to have your badge shipped, they will begin shipping in late January/Early February. BADGES ARE NOT SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY.
Badges not shipped in advance have two options for pick-up. 1) at the Will Call table in Awesome Con Registration or 2) at one of our retail locations. Locations will be announced and can be found on our website in early January.
Please keep your badge in a safe place once you receive it. Badges that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

Merch Information
Ordered merch? If you opted to have your 2026 Official T-Shirt or Lanyard shipped it will be shipped in late January or early February.
Vintage merch ordered before January 16th with shipping selected will be shipped separately within 2-3 weeks of your purchase.
All other 2026 merch (including those purchased without shipping) must be picked up on-site from the official Awesome Con merch booth during the show (a badge is required). Unclaimed merch will not be shipped or refunded.
