TICKET CHANGE OPTIONS FORM

We are excited to give you something to look forward to later this year and we hope you can join us to celebrate the liberation of our awesome geek community! Of course, if that’s not the case, we have other options available.

All attendees with pre-purchased tickets will have the following options:

  1. Transfer your tickets to the new Awesome Con 2020 dates, December 11-13, 2020
  2. Transfer your tickets to Awesome Con 2021, May 14-16, 2021
  3. Get a full refund (excluding service fees – please allow up to 2 weeks for processing)

Please complete the form below and choose one of the options listed to provide direction on what you would like to do with your ticket order. We are sensitive to the fact that you may not be ready to make your decision yet, so we just need to hear back from you no later than July 1, 2020. If we do not receive your response by July 1, 2020, we will automatically transfer your ticket order to the new Awesome Con 2020 dates, December 11-13, 2020.

Celebrity specific Premium Passes* will be refunded automatically. If you have one of these, you will need to repurchase tickets to Awesome Con if you wish to attend in December 2020. Autographs, photo ops and the “Back to the Future Screening & Q&A” event purchased via Epic Photo Ops will also be refunded automatically, this normally takes 7-10 business days, however this can take as long as 30 days before it shows in your account as a result of the current load on the financial institutions. 

If you pre-ordered merchandise and are transferring your tickets to December 2020, your merchandise purchase will be transferred as well. If you ordered merchandise and will not be joining us until 2021 or are requesting a refund, your merchandise order will be refunded.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you chose to transfer your ticket order to the new December dates, your original QR code for the May dates will transfer to the December dates, but we will resend confirmations soon after July 1, 2020.

If you chose to transfer your tickets to 2021, you will receive a confirmation soon after July 1, 2020 that we received your decision and we will mail a new QR code when the transfer is complete.

This normally takes 7-10 business days. However, this can take up to 30 days to show up in your bank due to the current financial climate. You can contact Epic Photo Ops directly for more information.

Yes, we will have tickets on sale through December 11 at awesomecon.com/tickets.

No. Celebrity specific Premium Passes (other than the Back to the Future packages) all include admission. Now that they are being automatically refunded, you will need to re-purchase a ticket to Awesome Con in December.

Maybe. All of our confirmed guests for the original dates will be invited to join us for the new December dates. Some will be able to return, while others will not due to scheduling conflicts. We will re-annonce guests as they are confirmed and will put autographs and photo ops back on sale at a later date.
